Our snow tubing activity is running three times a week throughout the winter season. We organise a day session and a night session. This is the perfect combination with ski stag weekends.
Donuts & tubes are super fun. Bouncing across the ice and powder brings fits of laughter regardless of age. Our snow run is just over 150m and is great fun, nestled within the forests in a hidden location. The meeting point for the activity is at the Samokov hotel reception, where we’ll load guests and transport them to the tubing start point.
No prior experience is needed just bring yourself, a big smile and your winter clothing. Of course this activity is not suitable for pregnant women; anyone with an injury or heart condition or someone who is less than moderately fit should not book. We do accept ski stag weekends, but participants must not be intoxicated or seen to be breaking the rules.
If you are an adult group of 20 or more please email our sales team in advance and we can arrange a private session for you and your friends. For all male groups, like a ski stag d, we actually prefer to make a private session for night sledging in Borovets. We can also offer a hot BBQ in the snow and cold beers after the activity.
Snow tubing can also be organised in conjunction with sledging and ski doo rides. This is particularly popular and geared up for corporate incentive groups and can be combined with other team building activities and challenges.
Snow tubing is simply good old fashioned fun, riding the inflatable donut ring and hurling oneself down a 150m purpose made track. Even the most laid back person will find it hard not to let out a big smile and fall about laughing.
Snow tubing is a day tour that is available for all abilities, run on Wednesdays, Mondays and Sundays only. No prior experience is needed. Our snow tubes are made to slip easily on the snow, and they have firm plastic handles and an lead attachment that makes them easier to pull up the hill again.
There is so little resistance between the tube and the snow, allowing for fast rotations and speed. All participants must wear a helmet, which we will provide. Feel free to bring your own ski goggles and gloves. The track is well lit and groomed by our snow tractor machine. Our location is on private land, only 20 minutes away from the Borovets ski resort. Pickups & transfers from Samokov hotel are included. Return service. This is the perfect activity to break up the snowboarding stag weekend, with something silly and fun.

Great fun for the stag weekend. We were staying at Hotel Lion in Sofia and came to Borovets for ski fun. Very easy and safe and a good giggle!

We booked the snow tubing day tour with Go Borovets; but actually we did it on an evening. It was my best mates skiing stag weekend and I wanted to do something different. Night skiing was an option but I though realistically if the guys are tired it could be dangerous. Snow tubing was a great alternative. Very safe and easy and a really good laugh. Especially having the stag dressed in a full Jamaican bob sleigh team jump suit was hilarious!

We did the snow tubing as part of a ski weekend. It was a mixed group and this was a great way to melt the ice and get the group laughing and relaxing. We did it in combination with sledging and snow-mobiling. This worked really well as no-one was waiting around and we had the track exclusively to our group for an hour. I would recommend Go Borovets to others looking for fun days tours.
